Building a sustainable future, together

To deliver on our purpose, we take a purpose-led, risk-based approach to building a sustainable business that responsibly considers how we manage our impact on people and the planet. By doing so, we achieve better outcomes and create long-term stakeholder value.

We are adapting to a changing world, global economy and social expectations. We aim to steward the Group sustainably, and inclusively for our stakeholders. Responsible principles are embedded into our strategy, guiding how we set direction, make decisions, manage risks, seize opportunities and invest capital.

Sustainability Framework

Our 2030 Sustainability Framework clarifies where we can make the greatest difference.

The Framework provides the basis for setting executive and senior management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which embed the Framework’s goals and targets into leadership accountability and business performance. This alignment encourages broader, longer-term thinking, mitigating risk and reinforcing to our stakeholders that sustainability is an integral part of our overarching purpose.

Responsible Business Report

This report reflects our ongoing commitment to incorporating sustainability into our business processes and demonstrates the dedication of our team, and our partners, working collaboratively to build a more sustainable future.

By continuing to embed sustainability into our strategic decision-making, investing in innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of responsibility, we will continue to meet the evolving expectations of our stakeholders and create enduring value for our business, our communities, and the planet.
